Send us a box of physical or digital media — CD, DVD, VHS, 3.5" or 5.25" disks, photographs, prints, slides, film, USB drives, or older hard drives. We will digitize it at no charge and return your originals. Because new digitization work helps us refine the product, additional boxes are offered at a reduced rate.

Every item is photographed and logged into a numbered manifest on arrival — and you receive a copy to confirm contents before any processing begins.
Boxes ship both ways with tracking, signature confirmation, and declared-value coverage.
Nothing is returned until verified digital copies exist in two separate locations — so there is never a moment when only one copy exists.
Heritage Computer is incorporated and carries a comprehensive errors and omissions insurance policy, so sensitive media and documents are handled under genuine accountability.
